I believe that balance in our lives, in the care of our bodies, and in nature is the way of health.  Through massage and coaching I support my clients in exploring self love and acceptance, nurture inspiration and transformation, and collaborate with my clients throughout life’s journey.

I provide gentle, powerful, and effective sessions that incorporate small and simple additions or changes in lifestyle that will ultimately build a foundation of lasting healthful practices.  I have a special interest in working with emotional wellness, stress related issues, and life transitions as they show up in our bodies.

I am a CoActive Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist. I received my coaching training at CTI, the Coaches Training Institute and studied massage at the Brian Utting School of Massage. I have a background in East Asian medicinal theory and have received continuing education in cranio-sacral therapy, Five Element-style theory, Acutonics®, Positional Release Therapy, the use of Essential Oils in acupressure, and Hakomi Body Centered Midnfulness for Bodyworkers.

When I am not providing massage or bodywork you may find me spending lots of time with my double doodle pup, Mattie, and my family and friends, taking classes like Hakomi for Bodyworkers and Metalsmithing for Jewelers, running on mountain trails, hiking, and trying experiences on for size.
